1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At offbeatmode.com, offbeatmode.dk we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. We provide a FLAT RATE 49 DKK Standard delivery to most international addresses, based on our logistics partner’s network.  For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges please consult our shipping zone list. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and Islands.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number (AWB). You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances. In case of uncomplete shipping address or contact information you will be notified by our customer service team (customerservice@offbeatmode.com) and asked to provide all the contact details, otherwise the order will not be confirmed nor shipped, it will be delayed or cancelled.

International Deliveries

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. Free standard delivery will take between 7-14 working days. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status here.

Packaging

If you happen to receive a product that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately!

Our company does not assume any responsibility for the handling, transportation to return nor accept returned products which have defects resulting from these causes.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

4. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept card payment with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. At checkout you will be asked to provide the card number, the period of validity and the CVC code. For your safety we are using a security standard called 3-D Secure, developed by Visa and Mastercard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to the card details. The 3-D Secure sometimes causes problems with credit cards issued overseas. Please do not hesitate to contact customer service if you encounter any difficulties. No credit card numbers are stored after an transaction have been carried out.The order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please be aware that your bank or card issuer may reserve the money, meaning that you can’t use it for a short period. If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will simply cancel the transaction and there will be no need to process a refund.

We also offer the option to pay through PayPal. When the payment window appear at the end of the checkout process, simply choose “Other payment options” instead of “Payment card”
